In partnership with Marriott, Ian Schrager is launching Edition on Miami Beach. Edition is a Marriott hotel brand, with individualized hotels that offer a hip, hotel experience. Schrager was the brains behind Miami's Delano Hotel and Shore Club, plus a series of equally-successful and hip hotels in New York.
The Edition complex is made up of a main hotel building, plus a brand new 11-story building. The main building was previously the Seville Hotel in Miami Beach, but it has been completely renovated from the inside out. The 26 Residences of Edition occupy the top two floors of the exiting hotel building and the new prospective building. Edition Residences will be offering one, two, three and four bedroom floor plans.
Miami's Edition Hotel complex is expected to open in 2014. In addition to all the exquisite hotel renderings, Edition Residences is planning on having a Nightclub, Restaurants, a Bowling Alley and an Ice Skating Ring amongst other luxury amenities.
