The ICON brand of Condominium Towers, are certainly one of Miami's greatest success stories. Beginning with ICON South Beach and ICON Brickell, the Related Group will soon be announcing its newest flagship tower, ICON Bay.
ICON Bay will be built as 40 story Tower, consisting of about 300 Residences of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom, each designed with its private elevator. The Residential Condo units size, will range from 940 square feet to just under 1500 square feet.
The Condominium complex will sit over a series of lot locations, providing for both an impressive Condo Tower lifestyle, as well as, a planned sprawling garden and common grounds areas as a private enclave, only for Residents (borrowing an idea from New York's Gramercy Park).
The Iconic Tower is expected to be designed by the same group, that is planning the upcoming Museum of Modern Art in Miami. The apartment designs and finishes have yet to be announced, however, it is expected that the luxury Residences, will feature; Floor-to-ceiling glass windows, designer appliances and nine-foot ceilings.
All units will have direct bay views over Biscayne Bay, a feature not often found in Miami Condos. The striking architecture will certainly give ICON Bay instant landmark status, as it will be immediately recognizable.
